Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Meridian Research ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Meridian Research provides technical ghostwriting, thought leadership, research, and related content services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon between us and the client before work begins, typically via email or our intake process.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, all rights to the final deliverable transfer to you, the client. You may publish, modify, and distribute the work as your own.

Until full payment is received, Meridian Research retains all rights to the work product. We reserve the right to reclaim or request removal of unpaid work.

Research methodologies, internal processes, templates, and tools used in the creation of deliverables remain the intellectual property of Meridian Research.

Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions as part of the agreed scope. Additional revision rounds may be accommodated at our discretion and may incur additional fees. Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before each engagement begins. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in paused or suspended work on active or future projects.

Confidentiality

We treat all client engagements, materials, and deliverables as confidential. We will not disclose your identity, project details, or any materials you provide without your explicit written consent.

You agree not to disclose our proprietary processes, methodologies, or internal communications shared during the engagement.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver our best work, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the project brief
• Respond to questions and feedback requests in a timely manner
• Ensure that any materials you provide for reference do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

Cancellation

Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, you are responsible for payment proportional to work completed. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Meridian Research provides content services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as publication acceptance, audience engagement, or business results arising from the use of our deliverables.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Research from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our deliverables, including but not limited to claims of defamation, intellectual property infringement, or regulatory non-compliance resulting from how the content is used, published, or modified after delivery.

No Guarantee of Originality Detection

All work is written by humans. However, we make no guarantees regarding the results of any AI detection tool, plagiarism checker, or similar software, as these tools are imperfect and outside our control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
